Board Members
Markus Giebel, a German national, is a Partner of CES Investments. He was previously the CEO of Deyaar Development PJSC, a publicly traded real estate company. At Deyaar Mr. Giebel was responsible for the development of over 1 million square meter of residential and commercial real estate with a combined value exceeding USD5 billion. Before joining Deyaar he was the youngest ever Vice President of Corning, a fortune 500 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He holds several Board positions and has over 20 patents in his name. He received several awards such as the CEO award, the Leadership award, the Entrepreneur award, the Inventor of the Year award amongst others. Mr. Giebel graduated with a Master from the Technical University of Munich and a MBA from the Swiss Business School.z
Dmytro Polkovskyi is a seasoned finance executive with strong strategic acumen. Currently, he chairs the Supervisory Board of PJSC "CB "GLOBUS", where he has driven substantial growth and also acquired extensive experience in fintech, real estate, and web3 sectors through investment roles. As an executive board member of Union Holdings Ltd., Dmytro is pivotal in steering the company's global investments in next-generation real estate and financial services, showcasing his ability to identify and capitalize on market trends. His tenure at Aval-Brok, marked by managing significant M&A deals and bond issues, underscores his financial prowess. Dmytro holds a President MBA and studied at Harvard and LSE, which blends his academic strength with practical leadership, establishing him as a prominent figure in the finance sector.
