The BE:YOND Serviced Residence Funds is investing in the global 2nd home trend whereby 5star branded and serviced residences demand a 30% sales premium. The residences are designed for people who spend 2 month and more in a second location whereby very often the 2nd Home becomes a first residence later on. The fund has started negotiations for several projects (Spain, Switzerland, Dubai, Phuket) and is raising a total of $US100 million.
